We’re Hiring: Patient Coordinator – Turri Vive Clinic

Turri Vive Clinic is looking for a confident, results-oriented Patient Coordinator who can turn consultations into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide patients through their journey at Turri Vive
• Conduct consultations and present treatment plans & packages confidently
• Drive sales of aesthetic treatments, memberships, and programs
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to maximize conversion
• Build strong relationships and ensure exceptional patient experience
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth treatment flow
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales / patient coordination (aesthetic or medical field preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Ability to upsell packages while maintaining ethical, patient-first care
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
