Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients, handling receptionist duties, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. The role also involves coordinating with medical staff and addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties, including front desk management and record-keeping
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to interact efficiently with healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and patient management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in healthcare, administration, or related fields is a plus
