Job Opportunity: Patient Coordinator – Luxury Medical & Wellness Center
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our prestigious luxury medical & wellness facility.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, medical spa, private clinic, or high-end wellness/aesthetics environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust.
• Confidence in discussing premium health, wellness, and aesthetics services with clients.
• Professional appearance and demeanor in line with a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and service inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication between patients and the medical team.
• Support business development through client relationship management.
