Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Orthodontist for a full-time, on-site role at our modern clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental irregularities, designing corrective devices such as braces, and ensuring comprehensive orthodontic care for patients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other dental professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and recommending effective treatment plans for dental health improvement.

Job Summary
We are looking for a DHA-licensed Specialist Orthodontist to join our dental clinic on a commission-only basis. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthodontic care while adhering to DHA regulations, clinical best practices, and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities • Diagnose and manage orthodontic cases for children, adolescents, and adults • Formulate detailed orthodontic treatment plans • Perform specialist orthodontic procedures including: • Fixed orthodontic appliances (metal & ceramic braces) • Clear aligner therapy • Functional appliances and retainers • Monitor treatment progress and perform periodic adjustments • Maintain accurate clinical documentation as per DHA requirements • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization standards
Patient Care & Communication • Educate patients on treatment options, duration, outcomes, and costs • Obtain informed consent prior to initiating treatment • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional patient care • Coordinate treatment plans with general dentists and other specialists
Compliance & Quality • Maintain an active DHA Specialist Orthodontist License • Follow DHA clinical guidelines and internal clinic policies • Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives when required

Eligibility Criteria • Valid DHA License as Specialist Orthodontist (mandatory) • Minimum 2–3 years post-specialization experience preferred • Own valid UAE residence visa • Excellent communication skills in English
