Clinical Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day oncology services Optimise patient flow, scheduling, and capacity utilisationQuality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to clinical standards and guidelinesMaintain regulatory compliance Monitor patient safety indicators and incident reportingDrive continuous quality improvement initiativesBusiness Development & Service GrowthDevelop and execute oncology growth strategiesExpand service offerings (new treatments, technologies, subspecialties)Identify and develop new revenue streamsSupport medical tourism and international patient programsReferral & Partnership DevelopmentBuild strong referral networks with physicians and clinicsDevelop partnerships with corporates, insurers, and pharma companies and charitiesStrengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community providersFinancial Performance ManagementManage departmental budget and P&LMonitor revenue, costs, and profitabilityOptimise use of high-cost drugs and equipmentImplement cost-control and efficiency measuresTeam Leadership & Workforce ManagementLead and manage oncology staff (nurses, coordinators, admin)Ensure adequate staffing and skill mixDrive training, development, and performance managementFoster a high-performance and patient-centered cultureStrategic Planning & Program DevelopmentContribute to long-term oncology strategyPosition the hospital as a center of excellenceSupport innovation, research, and clinical trialsIntroduce new technologies and digital solutionsPatient Experience & OutcomesImprove patient journey and satisfactionReduce waiting times and treatment delaysEnsure holistic and patient-centered careMonitor clinical outcomes and KPIsPerformance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on: Patient volumesTreatment cyclesRevenue and growth trendsQuality and safety indicatorsUse data to drive decision-making and improvements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification & Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in:Healthcare ManagementNursing / Pharmacy / Life SciencesBusiness AdministrationMaster’s Degree (Preferred):MBA (Healthcare / Hospital Management / Business Development)Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA)Professional Certifications (Advantage):Oncology-related certificationsHealthcare quality/accreditation (e.g., JCI, CPHQ)Project Management (PMP) or similar
