Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Psychologist/Therapist specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The professional in this role will provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for clients with OCD through secure virtual sessions, including individual therapy and, where appropriate, group or family interventions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting psychological assessments, formulating treatment plans (e.g., CBT, ERP), documenting session notes, and monitoring client progress using outcome measures. The role also involves collaborating with MantraCare’s multidisciplinary and AI-supported care teams, offering psychoeducation, and ensuring adherence to ethical, legal, and data privacy standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with a focus on anxiety disorders and OCD.
- Clinical skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including structured interviews and standardized tools.
- Relevant training in Medicine or clinical health settings is an advantage, especially for integrating care with medical teams.
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field; appropriate licensure/registration to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Demonstrated experience providing evidence-based OCD treatment (e.g., CBT, ERP) in teletherapy or digital settings.
- Comfort working with technology, including telehealth platforms and AI-augmented tools, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and ethics.
- Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently with a diverse, global client base.
- Flexible availability to accommodate clients across different time zones is a plus.
