We Are Hiring New Position :

📌 Nursing Manager

*Job Summary:*
The Nursing Manager oversees nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages nursing operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Staff Management:*
– Supervise and lead nursing staff
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
– Develop and implement staff training programs
2. *Patient Care:*
– Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
– Monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes
– Address patient concerns and complaints
3. *Operations Management:*
– Manage nursing budgets and resources
– Coordinate with other departments and teams
– Implement policies and procedures
4. *Quality Improvement:*
– Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
– Monitor and report on quality metrics
– Collaborate with quality improvement teams

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
2. *Experience:* 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
3. *Skills:*
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of nursing best practices and regulations
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
4. *Certifications:* Certification in Nursing Administration (CNA) or equivalent preferred
