Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join one of our flagship hospitals.

You’ll be responsible to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, manpower planning, payroll coordination and employee relations while ensuring fair practices and policy adherence.

The role involves driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting performance management processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably in healthcare who is comfortable balancing people management with operational excellence.
