📢We are hiring a Neurosurgery Registrar for Saudi German Hospital, Dubai

Essential Qualifications:

– Medical degree: MBBS or equivalent, fully registered with medical council (e.g., DHA/MOH/DOH for UAE) GP
– Postgraduate training: Completed Foundation / Internship + core surgical training or equivalent

Clinical Skills Required:

✔️Experience: atleast 2 years in neurosurgery
✔️Assessment: Independent management of neurosurgical emergencies, head injury
✔️Operative: Competent as first assistant and primary surgeon for burr holes, EVD insertion, lumbar laminectomy/discectomy under supervision; progressing to craniotomy for trauma
✔️ On-call: Ability to triage referrals, prioritize theatre cases, and lead ward rounds
✔️Critical care: Management of neuro-ICU patients, ICP monitoring, ventilated patients
✔️Work under pressure, sustain on call good communication and team work
