Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Mental Health Specialist. In this role, the specialist will provide virtual mental health support, including assessment, brief intervention, and ongoing case management for individuals across diverse populations. Daily responsibilities include conducting telehealth sessions, documenting care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating with AI-driven tools to optimize treatment pathways. The specialist will respond to escalated cases from the AI platform, offer crisis intervention when needed, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with MantraCare’s clinical protocols. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and sharing insights to enhance the effectiveness of the hybrid AI–expert care model.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health Care and Mental Health, with the ability to support individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Strong grounding in Psychology, applying evidence-based approaches to assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Experience in Case Management, including care coordination, follow-up, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Crisis Intervention, with skill in risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning in high-stress situations.
  • Relevant professional license or certification in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, as required by local regulations.
  • Experience delivering telehealth or remote mental health services and comfort working with technology-enabled care platforms.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental care.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible part-time caseload, and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Prior experience in employer-based wellness programs, digital health, or AI-enhanced care is an advantage.
