We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of aesthetic and medical products to healthcare professionals, developing long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth across the UAE.

• Promote and sell the company’s medical and aesthetic product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Attend medical conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic products is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
