Medical Representative Lead- Dubai & NE
We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Representative Lead – Dubai & NE to join our growing Pharmaceutical
Manufacturing Company located at ICAD III, Abu Dhabi.
ADCAN is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in UAE, committed to enhancing patient outcomes
through innovative solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and goal-driven Medical Representative Lead to join our
dynamic team in Dubai and Northern Emirates regions.
What you need to bring in:

• Promote and support the adoption of our products with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed product information.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and lead the overall success of the team.
• Product Line is the Acute Line (including chronic products)
  Required Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of proven UAE experience in pharmaceutical sales (in Dubai & NE).
• Strong KOL Management experience with strong performance record.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
