Job Description:
Product Promotion:
– Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company’s products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations during in-clinic visits, meetings, and medical conferences.
Relationship Building:
– Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs and healthcare organizations.
– Act as a reliable point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market Intelligence:
– Stay informed about competitors’ products, market trends, and industry developments.
– Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement:
– Develop and implement effective territory plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
– Regularly analyze territory performance and report on sales activities, results, and challenges to the sales manager.
Compliance:
– Adhere strictly to all local regulations, industry standards, and company policies regarding ethical practices in the promotion of pharmaceutical products.
– Ensure all promotional materials and activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Participate in team meetings and training programs to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
– Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is must at least 1 years’ experience in ABUDHABI.
– Skills:
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable plans.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
– Other: Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
