Medical Representative 

Job Description

To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories, ensuring product awareness, proper usage, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in product training and continuous development programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years in pharmaceutical sales or related field preferred minimum 2 years at the same position, preferred to be in Ophthalmology
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare systems.
  • Sales techniques, CRM systems, territory management, data reporting
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on healthcare professional availability.
  • High ethical standards and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
