Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Organize meetings with healthcare professionals to present products.
• Achieve sales targets and expand product market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions through CRM tools.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties certificate.
• 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical private sector (preferably in chronic care).
• Proven previous achievement records.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Strong partnerships with KOLs including physicians, pharmacists, and purchasers.
