About the Role
AMSA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Medical Representative / Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our healthcare services, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and market AMSA Healthcare’s services to hospitals, clinics, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Present healthcare solutions and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or any other Medical/Healthcare-related field and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales will have an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
