JOB ROLE

Saudi Arabian Drug Store is seeking to hire a well experienced pharmacist with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals. The role is based in (Riyadh – Dammam and Abha) and involves promoting pharmaceutical products, supporting sales growth, and contributing to the company’s objectives in the healthcare market. This position is subjected to Saudization regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Promotion & Sales

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to achieve territory objectives.
• Conduct daily visits to physicians and pharmacists.
• Provide approved medical information on products (usage, dosage, side effects).
• Distribute product samples and marketing materials.

Customer Relations

• Build strong relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
• Segment and target high-potential customers (KOLs, selected physicians).
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product access, and competitor activities.

Territory Planning & Management

• Diagnose local market drivers and design territory action plans.
• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Prepare reports according to manager’s recommendations.
• Organize promotional activities and company-hosted meetings.

Market Intelligence

• Capture and share competitor activity and market insights.
• Attend regular sales and cycle meetings to provide feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong command of English (speaking, writing, listening).
• Effective selling and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitors.
