Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Desert of 10th of Ramadan. The Medical Representative will promote Inspire Pharma Egypt’s portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff, through regular visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions. Responsibilities include implementing field marketing activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product knowledge, and providing feedback from the market to support sales and marketing strategies. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with key accounts, organizing or participating in medical events, and adhering to ethical promotion standards and company policies. The Medical Representative will also prepare reports on field activities, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships.
• Solid sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving targets, managing territories, and developing key accounts.
• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical and medical concepts, with the capacity to learn and convey scientific information accurately.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including planning daily visits, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort working with digital communication channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred; previous experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.
• Ability to work ethically in accordance with industry regulations and company standards, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
