We’re Hiring: Pre-Authorization Executive

We are looking for a Pharmacy Graduate to join our team as a Pre-Authorization Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming calls from clients and healthcare providers.

– Resolve medical inquiries and cases through our internal system.

– Process and follow up on pre-authorization requests.

– Ensure accurate and timely handling of cases.

– Work on a ‘rotational shift basis’.

Requirements:

* Pharmacy graduate (B.Pharm / PharmD) or equivalent medical qualification.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Good medical knowledge and computer skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and rotational shifts.
