Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in medical field (required).

Required Skills

• Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terms, medications, and healthcare providers in Egypt.
• Experience: +4 years Previous work in a medical insurance company, TPA, or insurance brokerage is required.
• Analytical Skills: Able to review medical reports and financial data to make correct decisions.
• Language & Communication: Fluent in Arabic and English; able to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and business clients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to discuss medical cases professionally to protect client interests.
