We’re Hiring: Individual / Retail Medical Insurance Sales Executive (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Individual Medical Insurance Sales Executive to join our team.Mandatory Requirements (Please apply only if you meet ALL the below criteria):

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Individual Medical Insurance Sales within the UAE (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE individual medical insurance products, insurers, and underwriting practices
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into policies
• Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently

Important:

Applications will only be considered from candidates with direct UAE Individual Medical Insurance sales experience.

Profiles from other industries or insurance roles (Motor, Life, Customer Service, Operations, Banking, etc.) will not be considered.
