A growing healthcare group in Dubai is expanding its medical leadership team and welcoming experienced, highly qualified physicians to join its organization as Medical Directors.

We are looking for medical professionals with strong clinical backgrounds and proven experience in medical leadership, clinical team management, quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance.

We Are Looking for Medical Leaders With:
Extensive clinical experience and a strong professional track record.
Previous experience in Medical Leadership or Clinical Management.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate medical teams.
Strong knowledge of Clinical Governance & Patient Safety standards.
Good understanding of healthcare regulations and requirements in Dubai and the UAE.
Experience developing medical protocols, policies, and clinical performance improvement initiatives.
A leadership mindset that combines clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
Strong decision-making, communication, physician management, and team-building skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Recognized medical degree.
Valid DHA License or eligibility to obtain one.
Specialist / Consultant level preferred.
Advanced clinical and leadership experience.
Previous management experience within a healthcare facility or medical group is a strong advantage.
