Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Director, based in Dubai. The Medical Director will oversee and coordinate all medical services, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide clinical guidance and support to medical professionals. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, managing medical staff, and ensuring quality patient care in line with organization standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Medicine with specialization in Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology.
• Experience in working collaboratively with physicians and medical teams to ensure seamless operations and patient care.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policies, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
• Proven experience in a senior medical or administrative leadership role, preferably in home healthcare services.
• M.D. or equivalent medical qualification with relevant certifications and licenses.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, reflecting a customer-focused and adaptable mindset.
