Urgent Hiring: Medical Coder (Male candidates)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join our team in Baniyas East, Abu Dhabi.

🧾 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses and procedures

Review medical records and abstract relevant clinical data

Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and regulations

Manage claim resubmissions and ensure timely follow-up on rejections

Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve coding discrepancies

🔹 Requirements:

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)

Minimum of 2 years of medical coding experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and E&M coding systems

Proficiency in CORTEX (Hospital Management System)

Overall Good Experience in all the specialities.

Good understanding of claim resubmission procedures and insurance requirements

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
