Requirements:
> Minimum 4-2 years’ experience in the UAE insurance field.
> Hands-on experience in approvals, submission, and resubmission processes.
> Proficient in various payer guidelines.
> Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding standards.
> Excellent understanding of medical terminology.
> High attention to detail and accuracy in coding procedures.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
> Certification in medical coding from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.
> Advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage (e.g., data handling, formulas, pivot tables).
