Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, or related field.
Experience
2 – 4 Years.
Responsibilities
- Work on clients’ requests as soon as received
- Ensure that the claim process is complete.
- Submit weekly report to the department manager
- Visit hospitals and insurance companies with regards to any claim dispute
- Call Customers in case the claim papers are not completed.
- Visit clients to discuss their claims
