– Medical Claims Processor

We are looking for a candidate to join our company in the position of Medical Claims Processor

Eastern Province – Al Khobar

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, or related field.

Experience

3 – 5 Years.

Responsibilities

• Work on clients’ requests as soon as received
• Ensure that the claim process is complete in coordination with the technical manager
• Submit weekly report to the department manager
• Visit hospitals and insurance companies with regards to any claim dispute
• Call Customers in case the claim papers are not completed.
• Visit clients to discuss their claims
