Hiring Alert for Insurance Supervisor/ RCM Supervisor!

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing all insurance-related activities, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance companies.
Should possess good relationship with various insurances.
Good Analytical & reporting skills along with data analysis capacity.
Manage and oversee the insurance billing process, including submission, tracking, and follow-up of claims for AUH & DXB clinics.
Ensure compliance with UAE health insurance regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
Provide guidance and training to staff on insurance procedures and regulations.
Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues and discrepancies.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to insurance claims and reimbursements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the UAE.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Background.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management within the healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of UAE health insurance regulations and procedures.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in insurance billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
