Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Center Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Medical Center Manager will lead and manage a multispecialty medical center and will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, high-quality care, and optimal staff performance.

The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of the medical center, from facility setup, licensing, staffing, and insurance management to post-opening clinic performance, quality and patient safety, and ongoing business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy, governance, and performance of the medical center.
  • Manage and direct daily operations, ensuring continuous improvement of healthcare services.
  • Supervise clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations and quality standards, including Ministry of Health and CBAHI requirements.
  • Negotiate, execute, and manage contractual agreements with insurance companies.
  • Drive business growth, service development, and expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Drive profit optimization through revenue growth and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure a high-quality patient-centered experience across all healthcare services.
  • Initiate and implement programs that promote and strengthen a culture of patient safety.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of medical and non-medical staff.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings and engagements with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing private medical centers or healthcare facilities.
  • Proven hands-on experience in setting up new medical centers, including operational planning, licensing, staffing models, and process implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, insurance systems, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
