Experience:

  • 0 – 2 Years of experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and call center software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and CCHI regulations.
