Experience:
- 0 – 2 Years of experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and call center software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and CCHI regulations.
