Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapy Trainer to join Yugen Care Academy. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who excels in both advanced massage techniques and teaching. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring therapists, and upholding Yugen’s standards of excellence in wellness and therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional massage therapy training programs (theoretical and practical)
• Train therapists in a range of massage techniques (e.g., therapeutic, deep tissue, lymphatic, sports, relaxation, and wellness-focused treatments)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and mentorship
• Update training materials to reflect new techniques, trends, and innovations
• Collaborate with clinical and academy leadership to align training with Yugen Care’s service philosophy
• Support continuous professional development of therapists within the organization

Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist with recognized qualifications
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapy Trainer, Educator, or Senior Therapist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Passion for wellness, education, and professional excellence
• Experience in medical, aesthetic, or luxury wellness settings is a strong advantage
