About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Massage Therapist to join a luxury hotel in Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa treatments, ensure guest comfort, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of professional massage and body treatments according to hotel standards
• Evaluate guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain a high level of service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed
• Promote spa services and advise guests on home-care recommendations
• Work closely with other spa and hotel team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (luxury hospitality experience preferred)
• Certification or diploma in massage therapy
• Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.)
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• English language proficiency preferred
