Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
- Handle all Guests in a professional, courteous manner and serve as the brand’s first impression to Guests
 - Perform massage treatments ensuring individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation while maintaining guest’s comfort at all times.
 - Greet Guests in a friendly and efficient manner
 - Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility
 - Always ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
 - Treatment bookings/scheduling
 - Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of himself / herself as well as all personnel involved in the wellness activities.
 - Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
 
Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in spa industry
 - Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
 - Customer oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
 - Friendly and approachable
