Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to support the growth of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, patient communication, and customer service, with a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and motivated by results. In addition to a base salary, the position includes an attractive performance-based commission, offering excellent earning potential.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the patient journey from initial inquiry to follow-up.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Manage and grow our social media platforms and digital presence.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Create engaging marketing content and coordinate with designers or agencies when needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Support community events and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Collect patient feedback and help implement service improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, customer service, or healthcare marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of content creation, social media strategy, and online engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
