Job Description

Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients by assessing their health conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing nursing care plans. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license from the relevant healthcare authority (DHA, DOH, or MOHAP, as applicable).
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, and nursing care procedures.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and identify changes in patients’ health conditions.
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and quality nursing care.
