Role Description The Laser Therapist will provide professional laser treatments for hair removal and related aesthetic procedures, ensuring safe, effective, and comfortable patient experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing suitability for laser treatments, explaining procedures, and obtaining informed consent. The role involves operating and maintaining laser equipment, adhering to safety protocols, documenting treatments accurately, and following clinical guidelines. The Laser Therapist will collaborate closely with dermatologists and other clinical staff, support patient follow-up, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based at BellaViso Medical Center in Dubai.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in laser hair removal and other aesthetic laser procedures, with a strong understanding of laser physics and skin types.
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe laser operation, including adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients, manage expectations, and maintain a reassuring, professional manner.
• Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and monitoring treatment outcomes, with the ability to follow established clinical guidelines.
• Relevant certification or training in laser therapy or medical aesthetics; healthcare or dermatology clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.
