Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.

Mubadala Health Dubai is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Laser Technician to join our growing Dermatology and Aesthetic Services team. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based laser treatments while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, you will support a wide range of medical and aesthetic laser procedures in a world-class healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including skin analysis and treatment suitability evaluations prior to laser procedures.
• Perform laser and skincare treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, and other physician-approved aesthetic and medical laser procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, pre-procedure preparation, and post-treatment care to optimize results and patient satisfaction.
• Assist dermatologists and physicians during advanced laser procedures and support the delivery of personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, laser safety, regulatory requirements, and clinical protocols while maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain laser equipment, ensuring functionality, preventative maintenance, and readiness of treatment rooms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessments, treatment records, informed consents, outcomes, and follow-up recommendations.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, Laser Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Successful completion of an accredited Laser Hair Reduction/Laser Therapy training program.
• Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License (preferred).
• Minimum1 years of experience in laser treatments, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related healthcare setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of laser technologies, skin assessment, treatment protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
