YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform facial and skin treatments in line with approved protocols, your training, and your licensed scope.

• Understand each patient’s skin concerns and treatment goals, referring concerns that require medical assessment to the clinician.

• Check relevant history and contraindications before treatment, escalating concerns when needed.

• Explain treatment steps and approved aftercare clearly, with realistic expectations.

• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and privacy throughout every appointment.

• Record treatments, products used, and relevant observations accurately.

• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organised, and ready for use.

• Follow infection-control protocols and monitor product stock and expiry dates.

• Work with reception and the clinical team to ensure smooth appointments and appropriate follow-up.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics.

• A valid DHA licence relevant to the position.

• Practical experience in professional facials and skin treatments.

• Strong knowledge of skin types, treatment suitability, contraindications, and aftercare.

• Clear communication skills and a warm, professional manner.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Experience with HydraFacial, OxyGeneo, and microdermabrasion is an advantage, subject to appropriate training and licensed scope. Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical centre is preferred.
