Job Description

Job Purpose :- You will be responsible for executing operational marketing plans, driving communication and promotional activities, supporting product launches, engaging with suppliers and key customers, and contributing to business development efforts in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and adapt the operational marketing plan for the UAE market.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain, regulatory) and external partners (suppliers, healthcare professionals, agencies).
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with our international partners and suppliers.
  • Support and drive new product launches, including planning, training, and market introduction.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and advertising efforts, including digital and social media strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to monitor trends and identify opportunities.
  • Provide field support by meeting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), gathering feedback, and promoting brand advocacy.
  • Create and deliver product performance reports using internal sales and CRM tools.
  • Lead and organize training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the marketing shared database and digital assets.
  • Evaluate potential new partners, participate in business development, and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.
  • Follow up on marketing budget planning and execution.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day operational needs and align on growth objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing/product management role preferably within the Medical Devices industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Fast learner and self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, templates) and PowerPoint (building dynamic, visual presentations).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, KOL management, or business development is an advantage.
