About the job
What you will do:
- Independently managing routine clinical tasks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliances.
- Proactively identifies client’s needs.
- Escalates complex cases to Stryker’s senior team members.
- Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.
- Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
- Conducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required
- Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products
- Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution at all times
- Implementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business
- Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
- A first experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer.
- Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
- Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
- Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
- Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
