Immediate Hiring: Inpatient & Outpatient Approval Specialist / AAPC Coder @ Central Hospital Sharjah

​We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Approval Specialist and Certified AAPC Coder with direct UAE hospital experience to join our team right away.

​What We Are Looking For:

​Must have solid experience handling both Inpatient and Outpatient insurance approvals within the UAE.
​Strong hands-on knowledge of medical coding with a valid AAPC certification (CPC, COC, or CIC) is mandatory.
​Proven expertise navigating Riayati and the DHPO portal for seamless claims processing.

​Note: Only candidates with direct UAE hospital experience and valid AAPC certification will be considered. Candidates with home country experience only, please do not apply.

​What We Offer:
​Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 (negotiable/may increase based on your years of experience and interview performance).
