The Inventory Controller Supervisor will lead the daily inventory and warehouse operations, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials. The role ensures accurate inventory tracking, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal stock levels to support clinical and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise inventory control activities, including stock receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance
  • Manage purchase orders, deliveries, stock transfers, and logistics coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and stock-outs; support demand forecasting
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcoding tools
  • Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, monthly, and annual) and resolve discrepancies
  • Review backorders and ensure timely follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards
  • Support product recall processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate reporting of stock movements, expiries, and inventory performance
  • Lead and prioritize team activities to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stockroom management
  • Prior experience in healthcare or hospital environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of standard warehousing practices and inventory systems
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
