We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Specialist to manage daily insurance operations and claims, ensuring seamless processing, accurate submissions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Oversee submission and billing processes via NPHIES and various insurance portals.
• Rejection Analysis: Proactively analyze and track rejections to implement corrective actions and minimize financial leakage.
• Medical Coding: Ensure high accuracy in medical coding to align with insurance standards.
• Approval Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance providers to secure medical approvals in record time.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience within the KSA healthcare sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Medical HIS.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong negotiation capabilities.
