Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a سيلز تأمين – قسم التسويق والمبيعات (Insurance Sales – Marketing and Sales Department) position. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products and services to clients, identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions in compliance with Islamic Sharia principles. The candidate will analyze customer needs, prepare financial proposals, and maintain accuracy in documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and client relationship management
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Finance and Assurance Services
- Understanding and preparation of Financial Statements
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is considered a plus
- Familiarity with the principles of Islamic Sharia and Takaful operations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
