Position: Insurance Executive – Medical Claims
Location: UAE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Claims Executive to manage and oversee claims processing and ensure efficient execution of all audit and control activities related to medical claims.

Key Responsibilities
·      Timely processing of pre-approval cases and reimbursement claims (registration and payment)
·      Accurate and efficient documentation and management of insurance claims
·      Coordination with healthcare providers for case management and implementation of insurance protocols, including DRG billing
·      Monitor and manage Turnaround Time (TAT) by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
·      Oversee the full lifecycle of medical claims to ensure timely and fair settlements

Qualifications and Experience
·      Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in healthcare claims assessment
·      Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related field (mandatory)
·      Strong knowledge of DOH, DHA, and MOH health insurance regulations
·      Prior experience in compliance processes and claims systems is required
·      Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
·      Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading)
