Insurance Coordinator (RCM Onsite Operations)

FATORAH is seeking a proactive Insurance Coordinator to support hospital-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role involves patient registration, insurance eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, coordination with insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with hospital and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations.
Coordinate with hospital departments and insurance companies.
Ensure accurate patient registration and insurance documentation.
Monitor pending approvals and follow up within agreed SLAs.
Support self-pay collections and operational reporting.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and payer guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Medical or Healthcare field preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Insurance, Patient Registration, or Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance and pre-authorization processes.
Good communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Male candidates are preferred due to evening shift requirements.
