We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team and lead our human resources operations with professionalism, integrity, and strategic insight.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- At least 3 consecutive years in each previous company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proven experience in recruitment, interviews, and candidate selection.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to final hiring.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Maintain an updated candidate database.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify hiring needs.
