HR Information Systems Expert 

Job Description

Job Purpose

responsible for the advanced configuration, integration, and governance of HR systems, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise platforms including Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and digital health systems. The role supports workforce management, payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and HR digital transformation in alignment with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, PDPL, and healthcare interoperability standards such as NPHIES and SeHE.
