Medeor Hospital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and medication safety.

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
✔ Valid DHA License / Eligibility
✔ 7 – 10 years of hospital pharmacy experience with managerial exposure
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and pharmacy operations
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure regulatory and medication safety compliance
• Lead and mentor pharmacy teams
• Manage inventory, procurement, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
