Now Hiring: Hospital Operations Manager

Location: Sharjah -Al Taawun Area

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Arabic Speaking Hospital Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery

•Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards

•Coordinate departmental activities including clinical, administrative, and support services

•Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization

•Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols

•Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and operational staff

•Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management

•Manage patient flow, capacity planning, and service improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

(Master’s degree preferred)

•Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare operations management

•Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital workflows

•Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

•Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
