We are seeking an experienced Home Healthcare Manager to lead and grow our home healthcare operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, business development, and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with DHA regulations.


Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Healthcare, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✔️ Proven track record in business development and revenue generation within the home healthcare sector.
✔️ Strong leadership, operational management, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Good understanding of DHA regulations and home healthcare licensing requirements.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ UAE experience is mandatory.
